He has also appeared as an opening act for 11-time Grammy Award–winning bassist Christian McBride.Renowned for his musical sensitivity, dynamic range, and deep sense of swing, Arvind is a sought-after collaborator on the Vancouver jazz scene. Alonzo Wang is a bilingual Canadian musician, singer, and songwriter who performs in English and Spanish, with over 30 years of experience in Vancouver, including his first show at The Town Pump in Gastown and growing up playing at Brothers Restaurant, owned by his father.
